Steven Dambeck is the well-traveled founding grower/miller of Apollo Olive Oil. When he's not out tending trees, he likes to tell and to hear everything about olive varieties, agricultural practices, pressing and storing and enjoying olive oil. Gianni Stefanini joined Steven some years back, as the company grew beyond a one-man operation. Now, Gianni is the head miller – and good thing! As a native Italian, he understands the fine points of Dr. Mugelli's milling techniques, which has made it possible to increase the polyphenol content of our oils. Pablo Voitzuk manages our retail sales – when he's not in the kitchen, that is! If you would like to carry our oil in your store, he will be your contact. To the extent possible, he personally supports retail sales with in-store demonstrations and cooking classes. 

Behind the scenes, Steve McCulley takes care of email to info@ApolloOliveOil.com, mans the phone, maintains the website, and keeps the books. Diana Stefanini offers general support –from bringing lunch and taking notes to infusing the company with years of management experience.
