Sauce Gremolata

These three traditional Mediterranean ingredients are often sprinkled on meat dishes as a finishing touch. By adding Mistral oil, a simple sauce is made, which is particularly flavorful on grilled dishes: fish, chicken or steak.

1 cup Mistral
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
Zest of 1 medium lemon (a grater works just fine)
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Mix together well. Use right away to enjoy the full freshness and texture of the ingredients. Or let rest for a few hours to infuse the oil with their distinctive flavors.
